Chimney Park – Scenic Hwy Pensacola

March 10th, 1862 – General Bragg and his Confederate troops destroyed the Hyler-Knowles Planing Mill as part of the “scorched earth” campaign during their withdraw from Pensacola. The chimney is the only thing that survived and still stands today. You can visited it at Chimney Park on Scenic Hwy.
